Andrew has held senior corporate management and human resource roles in the New Zealand public and health sectors, and consulting and consulting management roles in New Zealand.
Prior to the establishment of ForeConsulting in 2011, he led corporate functions at the Ministry of Health and was the New Zealand Manager for Manpower’s global career consulting organisation, Right Management. He has also held policy and management advisor roles in the core public sector, and management advisor roles in the public health sector.
He has been a Director of ForeConsulting since its establishment in 2011, and in that time has provided advice and support to a range of private and public sector clients. His work has included engagement in the following areas:
Conducting, and providing support to, functional and capability reviews
Advising, designing and implementing organisational structures
Planning, managing and/or supporting change projects
Acting in senior level roles to support organisations with the implementation of large-scale change projects
Coaching at executive, senior management and project level
Supporting the governors and senior managers of organisations with strategic and practical advice including addressing performance and employment issues.
Andrew has an LLB and Bachelor of Arts (1st Class Hons) in Political Science from Otago University. He is Chair of the Board of Worser Bay School, Chair of the junior arm of Miramar Rangers football club, and a Board member of the Team Wellington national league football franchise.
