Established in 2011, ForeConsulting is a New Zealand based management consulting company. We have worked with over 100 organisations and our clients include government agencies, territorial authorities / local government organisations, private enterprises, and industry associations.
We were thrilled with what our clients told us In our 2018 Client Satisfaction Survey - 90% said that they were very satisfied with our work, with the balance of 10% saying they were satisfied. For us, this feedback validates our deep commitment to exceeding the expectations of our clients in each and every engagement.
We are highly experienced practitioners with significant industry and consulting experience. Our team of management consultants has extensive experience working in New Zealand and internationally to advise, lead and implement major change projects & programmes.

Director
Julie has held senior human resources, change management and consulting roles in both Australia and New Zealand. As well as leading HR teams with financial services organisations, she has led the people elements of major change projects, including mergers, acquisitions and the outsourcing of IT and facilities management support.
